Mario Mazzer
Architect and designer, who was included in MoMA’s “Encyclopedia of Design”, and continues to contribute to the cultural debate on design by participating as a speaker at various conventions and conferences around the world.
Mario Mazzer graduated in 1978 with a degree in architecture from the Polytechnic University of Milan and in 1979 he graduated as an Industrial Designer at the Milan Polytechnic School of Design. Following his studies he began collaborating with the masters of Italian design, Achille Castiglioni and Marcon Zanuso, and in 1980 he founded Studio Mario Mazzer Architects which operates in the field of product design, interior design, architecture, art direction, and strategic consulting. Mazzer’s works have been exhibited in numerous museums and design exhibitions. In 2004 he was included in MoMA’s “Encyclopedia of Design”. Mario Mazzer has won numerous international awards, both in design (Good Design Award, IF Design Award, Red Dot Design Award, Young & Design Award, International Grand Design Award, NYC x Design Award, ADI Award) and in architecture (World Architecture Award, American Architecture Prize, Architizer Award, Interior Magazine Best of the Year Award). His projects have been published in the most recognized and prestigious national and international magazines.
