The Mohammed VI Tower

The Mohammed VI Tower is a 55 storey, 250m skyscraper in the city of Salé, bordering Rabat, the capital of Morocco. It will be the second tallest building in Africa. It is a project by the Moroccan businessman Othman Benjelloun and led by the company O'Tower.
Rising to more than 250 m high, the iconic “Mohammed VI” Tower will host a mixed-use real estate program composed of a hotel, offices, residences and commercial components. It will also integrate in its design the best practices of eco-construction, and uses new generation technologies in line with Morocco’s commitment to sustainable development.
