Sophisticated and Eclectic
The HEY collection by Manital, masterfully blends tradition and contemporary design. A functional work of art that elevates the simple act of opening a door to an emotional experience, enriching the everyday with a note of beauty.
The side profile of the hot-forged brass stem recalls the iconic shape of a keyhole, blending traditional elements with contemporary design. HEY is a handle where the simplicity of the composition matches the preciousness of the materials and precision of execution.
Inspired by the fluting of classical columns, the Hey Riga handle gives doors an air of timelessness and grandeur. It is a tribute to architectural splendour that perfectly combines the past with the present.
The Hey Quadra handle pays homage to the pure and rhythmic geometry of mosaic texture and iconic design pieces. The dry and graphic production process transforms the handle into a domestic sculpture.
With its soft surface, the Hey Leather handle adds a tactile element to your doors. It is a masterpiece of texture and composition where the tactile and material sensation takes centre stage.
Its craftsmanship evokes the precision of high-end watchmaking, giving the handle a decisive look for those seeking refinement.

Luigi Bigoloni founded Manital in 1990 in Vobarno, a small town in the province of Brescia (Italy). From the very beginning Bigoloni built up the foundations of the companies’ philosophy: passion for design, attention to detail, and research for innovation.
The Nineties served as a golden opportunity to develop and implement cutting-edge technology into the production of door handles, by introducing new manufacturing systems centred around robotics and automation, a semi-automated assembly system, and a computerized system used to facilitate warehouse management.
Always in search of new design solutions, Manital collaborates with the protagonists of design and architecture of those years such as Studio Sottsass Associati who designed the “Amleto” handle. The expansion into the markets of five different continents led to the construction of a new factory in Gavardo (Brescia, Italy), which remains as the active Manital factory to this day. In 2007 Manital was awarded by Confindustria with “Awards for Excellence” in the “Champion of Made in Italy” category, and in 2008 Eurispes ranks it among the 100 Italian excellences. Manital collaborated with Doriana and Massimiliano Fuksas, who designed the “Carmen” handle.
The importance of the company and international exports continue to grow, as can be seen through the new and important collaborations, such as the supply of handle for the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, the tallest skyscraper in the world.
Manital celebrates 30 years of operation with an important recognition: the NoHand handle designed by Mario Mazzer and Giovanni Crosera is included in the ADI Design Index 2020.

Italian Made Sustainability
Our mission is to design handles, while also designing an environmentally responsible process.
From conceptualization to production, we work to minimize the environmental impact of our products. “Made in Italy” is not only a synonym for quality but also an environmentally sustainable choice with local production.
Our packaging has been designed and produced with the aim of reducing its environmental impact, by following the motto of the “3 R’s”: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.
This economic and environmental model, in line with the logic of the circular economy, increases resource efficiency. The recyclable and recycled cardboard packaging is designed to be compact, which reduces both the material and the space occupied in planes and trucks in order to minimize the number of trips that pollute the planet.
